Bill Gates has developed an odd interest with a so-called vitamin that isn’t really a vitamin at all. The billionaire philanthropist has been outspoken about his desires to curtail the global population via medicine. Gates has appeared on Ted Talks expressing his goal to reduce the global population through vaccines. Yet there’s an even more insidious and stealthier route that the Microsoft brainchild is pursuing. That is vitamin science.
This information might be a lot to take in for the uninitiated. But bear with me and keep an open mind as I explain why this vitamin is bad news. You will have heard of “eat the rainbow” with the goal to consume the widest range of micronutrients and vitamins possible. This is bunk. Like in the animal kingdom, plants are not suicidal and don’t want to be consumed. As a way to ward off would-be predators, animals naturally wear or display bright colors to warn other animals that they are toxic. You can probably reel off names of frogs, lizards, birds, fish, insects, arachnids (and even people!) that are brightly adorned as a defense mechanism. This natural phenomenon is known as aposematism. The kicker is that plants do it too.
Think of some poisonous colorful foods. Deadly Nightshade Berries (that’s a topic for another time), Mountain Ash Berries, Honeysuckle Berries – all of which are acutely toxic. However, other brightly colored fruits and vegetables that you consume on a daily basis are also toxic.
No, this doesn’t mean that your days are shortly numbered, but this vitamin present in some colorful foods accumulates in the long run and can manifest as some nasty health problems.
Carotenoids are what give the following foods their pretty pigmentation:
- Carrots
- Bell Peppers
- Chili Peppers
- Tomatoes
- Mangoes
- Cantaloupe
- Papaya
- Sweet potatoes
- Kale
- Spinach
Just to name a few.
By eating the rainbow, you might be unwittingly poisoning yourself. To make matters worse, your abilities to detox your body may also be compromised by the presence of the herbicide glyphosate (aka Roundup) on your colorful food, pharmaceuticals you take or have taken, and lifestyle choices. Therefore, this colorful vitamin will accumulate over time as you continue to live under the misconception of healthy eating.
To add insult to injury, several other “health foods” contain whopping amounts of this vitamin. Even your favorite fitness personality may have promoted the very foods that poison you. If you ever consumed liver, eggs or dairy in the name of healthy living, you might be doing your body a disservice – especially if you are trying to start a family.
This vitamin is linked to infertility, low testosterone levels in men, menstrual problems in women, and other reproductive issues including birth defects. Moreover, when this vitamin is coupled with other pharmaceuticals, birth control, de-wormers, and the like, it can create a synergistic effect that runs roughshod on fertility levels.
The vitamin I am discussing is, of course, vitamin A.
Why & How Bill Gates Promotes this vitamin
Recently, the World Health Organization (WHO) published a report that around 1 in 6 Americans of childbearing age suffer from infertility. No Western country has a birthrate above replacement level. Population rates in much of the Third World continue to explode, and it is here where much of Gates’ magnanimity with vitamin A has occurred. The software magnate has expressed his intentions to cull the global population through medical interventions such as vaccines. Aside from his charitable support for Planned Parenthood, with donations in the tens of millions, on the Gates Foundation website there is an article promoting the wider availability of contraceptives for women, under the premise that there are 121 million unwanted pregnancies per year. “Our foundation has committed US$280 million/year from 2021-2030 to develop new & improved contraceptive technologies,” the article stated. But the particular pathway that has flown under the radar for promoting infertility is vitamin A.
The Gates Foundation has played an integral role in administering bi-annual vitamin A “vaccinations” to children and massive pre-natal 2667 IU vitamin A doses for women in some of the most deprived parts of Africa. The aim of the project was to fight malnutrition and provide dewormers for vulnerable children by providing them with megadoses of vitamin A.
According to the initiative, the purpose of delivery such high doses of vitamin A was simple:
“Many low- and middle-income countries with high rates of vitamin A deficiency are also endemic with intestinal worms, which compete for the micronutrients children consume and contribute to undernutrition.
Albendazole, a deworming or antiparasitic treatment, is a proven, high-impact intervention. Deworming boosts immune systems and helps ensure children absorb the vital nutrients they receive. Because vitamin A and Albendazole follow similar distribution schedules, delivering the nutrition interventions together is a simple, effective way to improve children’s overall health.”
The organization known as “Vitamin Angels” has a clear mission statement:
“Since its founding in 1994, Vitamin Angels has become one of the largest global providers of vitamin A and deworming to underserved communities worldwide. We provide annual in-kind donations of vitamin A supplements and Albendazole to our program partners along with technical assistance, support and training to ensure these vital nutrition interventions are administered according to best practices.“
On face value, it may appear to be pursuing a noble cause. However, it was revealed that over 50% of those sampled in liver biopsies (the gold standard for vitamin A toxicity testing) from three Sub Saharan African countries suffered from vitamin A toxicity. So why is there a need to provide Africans with megadoses of vitamin A when vitamin A toxicity is already rife? Moreover, in addition to providing megadoses of vitamin A to lesser economically developed nations, Gates is spearheading a drive to fortify local food supplies with vitamin A. Aims to fortify cheap dietary staples such as GMO rice, bananas, and cassava have all received ample funding.
For the purpose of this article, we will discuss how vitamin A toxicity can affect reproductive health, since vitamin A toxicity can manifest in a variety of nasty symptoms. One report found that vitamin A toxicity is linked to lower testosterone levels, higher estrogen levels, and skewed estrogen to testosterone levels. All of this would result in decreased fertility for both men and women. Between 2014-2018, one in 33 babies were born with a defect; women experiencing both childbirth and pregnancy complications increased 31.5%. With catastrophically low birthrates in the Western world, coupled with high levels of serum vitamin A – with the average person consuming between 3-4 times the recommended daily allowance – the attention has been turned to Africa and other parts of the developing world.
High serum vitamin A has been linked with poor sperm function in the Western world. Men who consumed more organ meats – the foods with the highest concentrations of vitamin A – were found to have decreased sperm motility and increased Luteinizing Hormone (LH), according to a Spanish study. Although some health gurus may balk at the suggestion that animal liver could be unhealthy, due to its wide range of vitamins and minerals, one must be cognizant that the liver is the waste treatment plant of the body. To make matters worse, many farm animals are fed foods contaminated with various other endocrine disruptors that also end up in the animal’s liver at highest concentrations.
Naysayers or health nuts may point to synthetic vitamin A found in skin care products as the perpetrator for all of these ills linked with infertility. However, this couldn’t be further from the truth. All-trans retinoic acid (AtRA) is another form of so-called “active vitamin A”, sold to you as Retin-A aka tretinoin. Again, some of the carotenoids (plant vitamin A) & retinol (animal vitamin A) you eat turns into AtRA in your body (see image below), which means that any form of vitamin A will cause some form of damage. AtRa, in one study, was shown to destroy the Sertoli (sperm-producing) cells.
Accutane aka Isotretinoin aka 13-cis retinoic acid in the previous image – another active form of vitamin A – significantly reduced sexual function as demonstrated by the images below.
With my decades of research on vitamin A, I can isolate a few reproductive issues in men:
- Low sperm motility
- Low testosterone levels
- Various types of erectile dysfunction
- Retrograde ejaculation
- Increased Luteinizing Hormone
- Decreased libido
Vitamin A toxicity has also been linked to the following in women and female animals, as I noted in a previous Twitter thread: “uterine hemorrhages in pregnant rats given excess of cod-liver oil reported by Hartwell (1927) were reproduced by Moore and Wang (1945) also in animals given halibut liver oil, or vitamin A acetate…”
“They interpreted this hemorrhage as a ***special manifestation of the general liability to hemorrhage in hypervitaminosis A***
“From these observations it is evident that a ***higher incidence of sterility was detected in the hypervitaminotic rats***, than in the normal animals…”
As another study noted:
“***Hypervitaminotic rats were considerably less fertile*** than the normal control rats, or rats given excess of vit A in “subtoxic” doses. This appears to be due to the hypervitaminotic condition of the mother, since no improvement of fertility occurred when hypervitaminotic females were mated with normal males.
…
“On the other hand there appeared to be ***absence of libido in rats given massive doses of vitamin A***”
“…In this connection it may be of interest to note that Sherwood & collaborators (1936) reported that ***excess of carotene stops oestrus & libido in rats***”
It gets worse, since high concentrations of vitamin A can lead to infant mortality through the mother’s breast milk.
“There is a very high mortality [DEATH] of the young from hypervitaminotic mothers during the lactation period, & symptoms of hypervitaminosis A were observed in the young a few days after birth. This seems to indicate that vit A transferred to the young through the mothers milk, which was found to contain huge amounts of vit A, is sufficient to cause hypervitaminosis A in the young, since the symptoms & postmortem findings observed in the young during the lactation period were identical w hypervitaminosis A, & no other findings were detected which could be taken as the cause of death. A rapid improvement took place in the young when the mother’s milk was exchanged by ordinary basal diet in the one case examined”
On pregnancy, one study on uterine hemorrhages found:
“Women with threatened miscarriage had a significantly higher incidence of antepartum [before childbirth] hemorrhage d/t placenta previa or antepartum hemorrhage of unknown origin when compared with those without 1st‐trimester bleeding…
They were more likely to experience PPROM [preterm prelabour rupture of membranes], preterm delivery, & to have babies w intrauterine growth restriction. 1st‐trimester bleeding was assoc w significantly higher rates of perinatal mortality [fetal death] & low‐birthweight babies”
Some of the initiated may bring up vitamin K2 levels. But vitamin A is known to deplete K2 levels.
“On this basis indigestible oils & retinoic acid [“active vit A”] may be useful agents for the production of “simple” vit K-deficiency in mammalian species.”
Let’s take a quick look at some of the reproductive issues in women linked with vitamin A toxicity:
- Spontaneous Miscarriage
- Vulvovaginal dryness
- Decreased Libido
- Uterine hemorrhage
- Lack of oestrus in (reproductive cycle) in animals
- Higher infant mortality
All of these factors are a recipe for disaster.
Obesity – as are lower Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone (TSH) and Diabetes – is linked to vitamin A toxicity, specifically marked by a higher presence of Retinol-Binding Protein (RBP4). Obesity – as is common knowledge – can cause profound endocrine issues in both men and women, thus leading to infertility. The direct impact vitamin A toxicity has on the endocrine system as well as metabolic health spells a double whammy to one’s reproductive health.
Vitamin A has also been linked to a host of birth defects from coronary defects to spina bifida. From Vitamin A & Pregnancy: A Narrative Review, these malformations in children are mentioned as a result of vitamin A toxicity:
- anomalies of urinary tract (kidneys/bladder)
- miscarriage
- malformations of nervous system
- malformations of heart
Cleft lip & cleft palate are also connected to a slight overexposure of vitamin A, as: “Excess vitamin A can cause congenital malformations such as spina bifida & cleft palate… research should focus specifically on effects of ***slight*** nutritional overexposure of vitamin A”
Aside from the addition of vitamin A to the administration of Albendazole, there has been a push to add vitamin A to other routine vaccinations in the developing world. For some vaccines, the addition of vitamin A has had dire consequences. One study found that: “children, who received ***vitamin A with DTP vaccine, had higher mortality [DEATH]*** than children, who had received vitamin A alone, or who did not receive anything.”
Women on birth control tended to have higher serum vitamin A levels than women who weren’t on anything. Of course, correlation doesn’t equal causation. Women who don’t take birth control are likely to live in rural settings with less access to vitamin-A fortified food, for example. However, the correlation cannot be overlooked – considering vitamin A’s role in reducing fertility as I have just explained. But many factors can conspire synergistically to more destructive effect; combining high serum vitamin A levels, Albendazole, vaccines, and birth control could spell disaster for future fertility levels.
To recap, the Gates Foundation supports all of the following:
- Vitamin A supplementation
- Albendazole (dewormer)
- Birth Control
- Vaccines (infused with vitamin A)
Vitamin A plays an integral role among all four of these factors, to potentially ignite a powder keg of infertility. While the other three factors – Albendazole, birth control, and vaccines – can all contribute to some scale, vitamin A appears to be the skeleton key that unlocks a Pandora’s box of infertility upon the world.
Putting the pieces together, Gates’ vitamin A deployment appears to play a role in furthering the depopulation agenda. There is no need to supplement vitamin A consumption. With vitamin A deficiency being an exaggerated issue and how chronic hypervitaminosis A can negatively affect reproduction, it isn’t much of a stretch to connect the dots.
Symptoms of Vit A Toxicity
For those who may be concerned about vitamin A toxicity, let me put your concerns to rest, you will be suffering from noticeable chronic conditions. But it’s important to bear in mind that chronic Hypervitaminosis A can act like a ticking time bomb if it is not addressed.
Even though vitamin A is unavoidable, there are ways you can reduce your exposure and improve conditions for detox.
Symptoms of Acute Vitamin A Toxicity Include:
- Drowsiness
- Irritability
- Abdominal pain
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Increased pressure on the brain
Symptoms of Chronic Vitamin A Toxicity Include (but are not limited to!):
- Headaches
- Seizures
- Mouth ulcers
- Bone pain
- Swelling of the bones
- Poor appetite
- Nausea and vomiting
- Sensitivity to sunlight
- Rough, dry skin
- Itchy or peeling skin
- Cracked fingernails
- Blurry vision or vision changes
- Skin cracks on the mouth
- Yellow or orange skin (carotenoderma)
- Yellow skin or eyes (jaundice)
- Hair loss
- Respiratory infection
- Confusion
Hypervitaminosis A
Acute Hypervitaminosis A (high-dose, short-duration vitamin A toxicity) can be lethal. Liver is the food with the highest vitamin A content by far. Infants have died from eating chicken liver. Polar explorers have died or fallen extremely ill from eating Polar Bear liver. In various Arctic cultures, it is considered taboo to eat seal, polar bear, or whale liver. This is for good reason. The liver is the sewage treatment plant of the body, along with being a filter (by definition) and toxin storage center. Toxins must be metabolized by the liver before they are excreted. An overload of any specific toxin will result in build-up, sometimes leading to detrimental consequences.
