Young girl reacting to Poison/"Vitamin A" foods AND other foods that we have found troublesome

It was this little girl's reaction to virgin/unrefined coconut oil, and NOT reacting to REFINED coconut oil, that helped me figure out that free fatty acids are a major negative contributor to the Poison/"Vitamin A" problem.  Also, make sure to note the distinct pattern of reaction to high carotenoid (Poison/"Vitamin A") foods right down the list:

I couldn't use virgin coco oil on my daughter. She doesn't react to refined coconut oil. So i still use the cream recipe with lauricidin you gave me on her chest and it helps clear up quicker.  We cook with refined too no break outs.

FYI My daughter reacts to:

  • Virgin coco oil
  • Chocolate
  • Nuts
  • Oats she really broke out on her chest with this one recently. So its still off limits.
  • Beets
  • Carrots
  • Tomatoes
  • Chicken broth
  • Stock forget about it
  • Dairy of course
  • Tallow.  Tried it once with her and palm shortening for tortillas.  No bueno.
This gave me a new rabbit hole to go down.  A big difference between virgin coconut oil and refined coconut oil is Free Fatty Acids (FFA in the literature, stearic acid is one, see other thread).
