I just wanted to let you know that I got my thyroid labs back yesterday. I was diagnosed almost 6 years ago with Hoshimotos. My number of antibodies against my thyroid were at 144 in July of this past summer. They have always hovered anywhere from the high 100’s to high 200’s during this 6 year time frame. I am happy to report that they are now at 70!!! I’m so exited! I have been doing low vitamin (poison) A since the middle of October. I was pretty strict for about 2 months until the holidays. I still followed though for the most part, just not as strictly. I’m back to being more strict. I don’t think I will ever go completely back to eating Poison A ever again.
