My guess is that if you're reading this, you are quite likely in the category of "well-nourished".  If that is true, then Poison/"Vitamin A" intake is associated with leading to decreased life quality and an earlier death (increased mortality rate) for you.  That is, unless you realize that it isn't a nutrient, it's a plant toxin, and you would do well to avoid it (while staying well-nourished, of course!).  The hyperlinks the authors used for the references are all live below, feel free to check them out.
