Tissue levels of Poison/"Vitamin A" are ALWAYS GREATER than blood/serum levels

Effects of Diet and Strain on Mouse Serum and Tissue Retinoid Concentrations

With both diets, all-trans-retinoic acid concentrations maintained an order of liver ≈ testis > kidney > white adipose tissue ≈ serum. Neither retinol nor all-trans-retinoic acid in serum reflected all-trans-retinoic acid concentrations in tissues.

I'm going to re-organize that statement, going from the HIGHEST concentration of Poison/"Vitamin A" to the LOWEST, in order:

  1. Liver
  2. Testis (testicles)
  3. Kidney
  4. White fat
  5. Serum (blood)

So, what this means is that whatever your blood Vitamin A (serum retinol) level is, every other tissue that contains Poison/"Vitamin A" is always HIGHER.
