The "Foods of the Bible" are overwhelmingly low in Poison/"Vitamin A"!!!

Today we know that fish such as Tuna, Salmon, Cod, Red Snapper, and many others are high in protein and healthy omega fats, which can help reduce inflammation, lower blood pressure, and provide many other health benefits.

According to the book of Leviticus, clean meats are those from animals that have a cloven hoof and chew the cud. Jewish dietary laws taught God's people not to eat the blood of animals or any meat that had been sacrificed to idols.

Many of these foods, such as raw honey, contain disease-fighting and energy-boosting nutrients, allergy defense builders, and probiotic support.

- Raw Honey (Exodus 33:3; Deuteronomy 8:8; Judges 14:8-9)

My comments:
I do believe that if someone ate a diet generally based on the above foods, and there was no glyphosate/Roundup problem, and they never took any of the medications I've research-associated with causing/aggravating Poison/"Vitamin A" toxicity, then they might never have a problem with Poison/"Vitamin A". However, we do not live in Biblical times (think glyphosate and pharmaceuticals), and getting someone out of Poison/"Vitamin A" toxicity is a VERY different situation to never having the problem start to begin with. Note the old saying, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." It is ALWAYS easier to prevent a problem than it is to fix it.
Also, note that animals that "chew the cud" are ruminant animals and would thus have lots of phytanic acid in their bodyfat (and in their milk), which is a known protective agent against Poison/"Vitamin A" toxicity.
