I really think this low Vitamin A diet is helping me with several things. I had a couple of psoriasis spots on my knee and those went completely away. I only have one eczema spot left!
My stomach has been super calm and I can digest everything so much better. I haven’t been needing to take digestive enzymes or Betaine HCL any more!! (This is the best result for me.)
I think I might also have slightly more energy and my thinking is pretty good. My eyes feel a little clearer too.
I’m almost at the 2 month mark now so I think I should be pretty good at the 3-4 month mark.
