So I learned of this farm that "finishes" their cattle with an all-carrot diet:
http://www.santacarota.com/
As they grow they are able to enjoy a 95% carrot-based diet.
Why aren't the cattle fed carrots their whole lives, you wonder? Because even in rabbits, a lifetime of carrots (and all the Poison/"Vitamin A" carotenoid intake it entails) will ruin a RABBIT's health and turn it autoimmune.
I don't believe there is any coincidence that the endorsement on their front page comes from someone with scleroderma.
Not something I'll be choosing to eat anytime soon, personally.
