VA Detox SuperFoods List

Glucarate / Glucaric Acid section

(marked with G on food lists):

These foods have research showing them to contain glucaric acid and/or decrease beta-glucuronidase activity, AND are low in Poison/”Vitamin A”.  Eating more of these foods will allow your body to do the final step necessary to B – Banish the retinoic acid from your body.


Cruciferous vegetables
  • Cauliflower
  • Radish
  • Green cabbage
  • Chinese cabbage
  • Daikon
  • Horseradish
  • Kohlrabi
  • Mustard SEED

  • Turnip ROOT
