The OK fruit, if ORGANIC, do NOT have to be peeled unless you want to do so.

*G = contains significant glucaric acid or decreases beta-glucuronidase activity

*E = contains significant Vitamin E

*Br = contains bromelain

*N = Nightshade (reduce/minimize/avoid)
