Coconut Products Do‘s and Don‘ts

OK:  Coconut sugar, coconut water aka coconut juice, REFINED coconut oil (naturally-refined or steam-refined is always preferable to chemically-refined).

AVOID:  Anything that contains coconut fats/oil that is NOT REFINED.  This includes: UNrefined or VIRGIN coconut oil, coconut milk, coconut cream, coconut flour, dried coconut flakes, shredded coconut meat, coconut butter/manna, coconut milk beverage/drink.
